Tee Sniper is operated by 1575469 B.C. LTD., doing business as Tee Sniper ("we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing or using Tee Sniper you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What Tee Sniper is

Tee Sniper is a browser extension that automates interactions on golf-course booking websites — clicking, waiting, and form navigation — inside a browsing session that you are logged in to. If you turn on the optional auto sign-in, it can also sign you back in to that course's site with the login you saved (see section 7). It also communicates with Tee Sniper services for license verification and, only when you choose to send one, an optional compatibility report. If you connect Tee Groups, it also sends details of each booking it makes to your Tee Groups account.

2. Your account, your responsibility

  1. You use Tee Sniper only with accounts you are authorized to use, and only on booking systems whose terms of use permit you to do so. Automated booking may conflict with your golf course's or platform's terms of service; courses may suspend accounts for violations. That risk is yours.
  2. You are responsible for every booking made through your account, including cancellation deadlines, no-show fees, and advance-booking charges imposed by your course.
  3. By default Tee Sniper completes only bookings where the amount due at booking time is zero. If you turn on "Book prepaid up to $___", it will also complete bookings that charge the card on file with your course, up to the limit you set and never above it. Your course's own fees and penalties always apply to anything you book.

3. Proprietary software license

  1. Tee Sniper is proprietary software, licensed for use rather than sold. Subject to these terms and a valid pass or other license issued by us, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the extension for its intended booking-assistance purpose.
  2. A standard day pass is a 24-hour license, activated by a unique code, valid on one browser installation at a time. Any different duration or entitlement must be expressly stated when issued.
  3. Activation codes may not be shared, resold, or published. Codes found circulating publicly will be deactivated without refund, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
  4. You may make copies reasonably necessary to install, run, or back up your authorized installation. No permission is granted to distribute the extension or its source code to others.
  5. Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not copy beyond the permission above, publish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works of the extension or its source code; remove copyright, license, or attribution notices; or bypass activation, license verification, or usage restrictions.
  6. Downloading, paying for, or being able to inspect the extension does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or grant an open-source license. Rights in protected material remain with their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  7. Third-party components, if any, remain subject to their own applicable licenses. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses or rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
  8. When your pass expires or is validly revoked under these terms, permission to use licensed booking functionality ends. This does not remove any statutory rights you retain.
  9. The extension is provided as-is. We may release updates; continued use after an update means acceptance of these terms as then posted, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

  1. Don't use Tee Sniper for anything unlawful, to disrupt booking systems, or to book tee times you intend to resell.
  2. Respect the proprietary-software license in section 3. No restriction in these terms overrides rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

5. Payments & refunds

  1. Passes are priced in CAD. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Bitcoin payments by our Lightning payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
  2. Refund policy: full refund before first use of the pass; after the pass has been used to arm the extension, all sales are final. See the Refund Policy page.
  3. Payment disputes filed with your bank instead of a refund request may result in deactivation of your activation code.

6. Warranty & liability

  1. Tee Sniper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tee times are scarce and competitive; we do not guarantee you will obtain any particular tee time.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in the 30 days before the claim.
  3. We are not responsible for course-imposed fees, suspensions, or denied bookings.

7. Privacy

The extension stores settings and an activation code locally in your browser. If you turn on the optional auto sign-in, it also stores the course login email and password you enter, locally in your browser, and uses them only on that one course's sign-in page; they are never sent to us. License verification sends the activation code and an installation identifier to our license service. Booking automation acts within your authorized course session. You may also choose to send an optional compatibility report after reviewing its contents; reports are not sent automatically. Declining optional reports does not prevent licensed booking use.
