What happens when I send a compatibility report?

You review six fields before choosing Send: course website, detected layout, language, result, extension version and time. Clicking Send sends those preview-approved fields to Tee Sniper over HTTPS.

Accepted reports are stored and reviewed for repeated failures, unfamiliar layouts and version-specific problems. The layout is what the extension detected; a manual result does not mean a booking failed.

A report does not automatically fix anything or open a support ticket. No name, email, license key or booking details are included in the report. Because no email is collected, we cannot reply to a report. For a reply, email support@teesniper.app.

Your IP address reaches our server and may appear in hosting logs; it is also used temporarily to limit spam. See our privacy policy.

After a manual ZIP download (Edge / Brave):

  1. Unzip the file — you get a folder called teesniper_v3.9.4.0
  2. Open edge://extensions in Edge or brave://extensions in Brave and turn on Developer mode
  3. Click Load unpacked and pick that folder
  4. Pin Tee Sniper, log in to your course and refresh the course tab. Open the panel, enter your key and check settings before arming.
